Hosting an Event

The Catholic Schools of Broome County are excited to partner with you to host your next special event.  Whether it’s a fundraiser, concert, reception, or another type of event we want to work with you to ensure you have everything you need to be successful.

If you are looking to host an event at SCC, please submit the Facilities Request Form below.  The form will automatically be submitted to the building principal and if approved provided to CSBC Facilities Director, Tom Walling.
Elementary Schools
If you would like to host an event at a CSBC elementary school, please contact the respective building principal to reserve. He or she will help you to reserve the space, or put you in contact with the parish if necessary.

If you are looking to host a fundraiser for your school, grade, club, and/or team, please complete the Fundraising Request Form below.  When you submit the form it will automatically be received by the appropriate building administrator and the Office of Alumni and Development. If you also need a space for your fundraiser, please complete the Facilities Request Form for SCC or contact the appropriate elementary principal.
