Catholic Schools of Broome County is fully prepared to provide all students, Pre-K through Grade 12, a focused and caring academic environment for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to our smaller class sizes, we anticipate offering five-day week face-to-face classes using 6 feet social distancing.

We are prepared to adjust quickly should circumstances with the pandemic change. We can adapt to a hybrid model in which faculty will offer synchronous classroom and remote learning and a new fully remote model. The hybrid model could be used if students are taking courses from home because they or their parents have concerns about face-to-face classes or if our numbers exceed the New York State mandated capacity to maintain 6 feet distancing. Our fully remote model will now follow the students’ daily schedules, and instruction will be provided for each class. Training for students and parents will be available if needed.

All students are provided structured classroom and individual learning time, activities, and school community support. CSBC offers 32 Athletic teams and award-winning arts and music programs, and Chromebooks for grades 3 – 12.
