The mission of the Catholic Schools of Broome County is to foster the development of students who are academically successful, spiritually minded, and who are inspired to impact our world as compassionate and moral citizens.
A distinctly faith-filled atmosphere permeates the environment of each of our schools. Prayer opens and closes each school day. The values of our Catholic faith are integrated into the curriculum in addition to religion class, school masses, and other liturgical celebrations. Our vision as a school system is to provide an atmosphere in which high academic expectations, spirituality, and a strong sense of Catholic identity enhance the education of the whole person.
The Catholic Schools of Broome County have a long and rich tradition in our community. Our Central Office is located at 70 Seminary Avenue in Binghamton, New York. Four schools make up our system. Three elementary schools grades Pre-K through 6th grade, and Seton Catholic Central grades 7-12. This system is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse.
