All Saints Catholic School Principal

Our Principal at All Saints Catholic School is Mr. William (Bill) Pipher. Bill grew up in the  Endicott area and attended All Saints School as a child when it was Seton Catholic Middle School. Both of his children have attended All Saints as well.

 

Mr. Pipher graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Business Administration. He also holds a Masters degree in Childhood Education from Binghamton University. He has a NYS Certificate for Childhood Education and is is currently working towards his Certificate of Advanced Studies in School Building Leadership at Le Moyne College.

Prior to assuming his leadership role, Mr. Pipher taught at All Saints for seven years. While teaching, he worked to create a learning environment that promoted enthusiasm for learning, respect, and collaboration among students. He also enthusiastically contributed to the betterment of the whole school as a member of the Parent Advisory Board and Auction Committee. Additionally, he started and directed multiple extracurricular clubs and activities such Super Saints, ELA Club, and Science Explorers.

Mr. Pipher and is family are members of Church of the Holy Family in Endwell. He has been involved in many parish activities and ministries including CYO, Faith Formation, and the church bazaar.
