SCC community,
Thank you so much for all of the support for the DeAngelo Family after the news of their son Giordano’s passing this Sunday. I am so proud to be part of this great community. The DeAngelos have been a huge part of so many lives in this community and as a result we have a high number of staff and students that would like to attend the services for Giordano on Friday. It has been difficult to try and figure out how to accommodate everyone. I have consulted with Dr. Carter and we have decided the best option is to cancel school on Friday, September 13th. All after school activities will still happen on Friday. I spoke with Father Donovan and he is encouraged by the amount of support from our community for the DeAngelos.
