Admissions Process
Follow the steps below to complete your admissions process:
- 1. Click here to complete our online inquiry form.
- 2. Schedule a tour of your school of choice.

- Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable).
Submit a FACTS Financial Aid application at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid.
Families applying to Seton Catholic Central may also submit a separate Named Scholarship application through this link.
- Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable).
- 5. Click here to complete Enrollment.
- Request student records directly from your child’s current school using the Request for Records form provided by the Office of Admissions or school.
- Await notification of admissions decision.
- If accepted, create an account on the FACTS Family Portal and submit the completed enrollment packet.
Important: Please be sure to follow all admission requirements in coordination with the Office of Admissions.
