Students currently in grades 6-11 who are interested in Varsity, JV, or Modified athletics for the 2018-19 school year must have physicals in order to participate in Sports.
Physicals will be offered at SCC on Wednesday, June 20th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
Health History and Consent Forms need to be filled out and returned to the school by Thursday, June 14th.
