The World
Outside the four walls of our schools you can see the many alumni who impact our world on a daily basis. Matt Smith ’96 is a perfect example of this. Matt is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fortify Rights, a non-profit whose mission is to ensure human rights for all. They create change by investigating human rights violations, engaging people in power on solutions, and strengthening human rights defenders. A couple of their key achievements are the release and protection of 150 plus human rights defenders and the creation of international investigations into Myanmar human rights violation. They have received multiple awards and accolades including the 2021 Communitas Award, 2020 Shorty Award, a 2016 Emmy Nomination, and White House invitations (under three administrations). Matt Smith embodies what is means to be a “Saint” and he is truly changing the world.

With 1 hour left of our 24-hour giving kickoff, we have raised over $80,000 of our $100,000 year-end giving goal!!!! Thank you to the alumni, parents, friends, and faculty and staff who have given to support our mission...we are extremely blessed💚🖤 And big thanks to Principal Pat for hanging in there during the first few hours yesterday!!
