We are happy to hear that High-Risk sports can continue with guidance from the Broome County Health Department. We have shared the plan requirements that we submitted to the BCHD. The one question we had was cheerleading. SCC does not have a competitive cheerleading team that is labeled under high risk. After discussing with the BCHD they have included our cheerleading under spectators. At this time there are no spectators allowed in the events. I know that this is disappointing news to our cheerleading team but at this time we want to make sure that we follow the guidance from BCHD.
